PARTS SUPPLIERS AUSTRALIA: After many years servicing the needs of the Australian Laverda rider, Jim Eades Motorcycles in Sydney has sold all their stock of parts and no longer deal in Laverda. I'd like to say thankyou to Max and Norm for all the help they've given me over the years, many's the time that I contacted them and had parts on my doorstep the next day. Apparently someone in WA has bought all the stock and will be selling it, but at this stage I don't have a name or address. In light of this, Club Laverda NSW has begin to stock commonly used parts locally. At this stage they have available basically all engine gaskets, gearshift selector and starter clutch springs, starter clutch plungers and rollers, reuseable air filters, rubbers for tank, battery, mufflers and clutch, cables, sprockets and others. More is planned as funding permits. All Australian Laverda riders are urged to support this scheme, with
support the club will be able to expand their range. When you are a day
from leaving for a rally and find you need something in a hurry, there's
a good chance Club Lav NSW will be able to help you. There's a 10% discount
to club members. Contact Dave Roberts on INTERNATIONAL: There are many parts suppliers for the Laverdas out there. The ones that come to mind most quickly would be Wolfgang Haerter in Canada, Andy Wagner in Germany, Riccardo Oro in Itlay, Calere Laverda in the UK, and many others. While I am in a hurry to set up this site again, I will finish this page later. There are plenty of other sites these days where you can locate suppliers.
