750SFC - 8000 BATCH

Commenced in late 1971.
Approximately 80 bikes between 8256-8260 and 8281-8356.
It was the first SFC on public sale.

This bike was revised in numerous details in comparison to the 5000-batch bikes, but remained visually very similar. The most obvious changes were the revised two-into-two exhaust system - still around the side of the engine but with longer header pipes - and (generally) the use of Laverdas own 2nd series two-leading-shoe drum front brake.

At this point a very competitive bike in endurance racing, gaining many victories.
